Dr. Chen is a radiation oncology resident in the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program. He received his MD from Harvard Medical School in 2004. Dr. Chen has had an interest in bioethics for many years, and previously served as the chair of the Bioethics Interest Group of the American Medical Student Association.
