Dr. Glassman graduated from Barnard College in 1972 and the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine in 1977. She trained in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at Cambridge Hospital. She completed a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital where she has been since 1983. Dr. Glassman is currently an Attending Psychiatrist at Brigham and Women's where, since 1993, she has also been Director of Women's Psychiatric Services. She also holds the appointment of Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
