What kind of eater are you? What do you get out of eating? This assessment will help you identify why you eat other than to satisfy hunger by measureing six factors tied to eating.

A few words of caution: If you cut down on eating, you may have to learn to get along without the extra satisfaction or support that food gives you. Either that, or you will have to find other acceptable ways of getting these satisfactions. In either case, you need to know just what you get out of eating before you decide whether to forego the satisfactions or find another way to achieve them.
