Introduction
The John R. Graham Headache Center and the Harvard Medical School have a long tradition of excellence in headache clinical care, research and education. Established in 1970 by Dr. John R. Graham, the Graham Headache Center was the first headache clinic in Boston and for some time the largest in the United States. The John R. Graham Headache Center has received international recognition for clinical excellence, for pioneering new approaches to headache treatment and for research on women's issues, as well as clinical trials for the treatment of headache disorders.

Disorders
Headache
Headache disorders include migraine, tension-type and cluster headaches. Evaluation and treatment recommendations provided to referring clinicians emphasize the use of headache-specific treatments rather than general pain medications. Emphasis is placed on further prevention of headaches, for which non-pharmacological treatment or medications may be recommended.

Epilepsy is a neurological condition involving the brain that makes people more susceptible to having seizures.
