The Neurosurgical Spine Service at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital provides comprehensive patient care for the full spectrum of spinal disorders, ranging from herniated discs to complex spinal reconstruction for tumors and deformity.
Our service brings together the expertise of world-renowned specialists in neurosurgery, orthopedics, neurology, pain management and other specialties to create a multi-disciplinary approach to patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
Minimally invasive spinal techniques as well as innovative open surgery are utilized in a tailored approach to provide the best treatment options for our patients. The Neurosurgical Spine Service at BWH also collaborates with the physicians and resources of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Harvard Medical Institutes.
