Primary research interests:
My research aims to evaluate the predictive roles of environmental factors, genetic factors, and their interaction in the etiology of chronic diseases such as cancers. I am also interested in the study of biologically plausible biochemical and molecular markers in the development of cancers. My current research involves the evaluation of the genetic association between sex-steroid hormone genes and colorectal cancer incidence in women.
