The health center is located at 640 Centre Street in the business district of Jamaica Plain. If you are driving from the west, heading towards Boston, take Route 9 until you get to the set of lights at Brookline Avenue and Route 9 (Brookline Village). Continue past the set of lights and take a right onto the Jamaicaway or Route 1 South. Travel under a mile until the pond begins to appear on your right. At the light (3rd set) at Pond Street, take a left turn. Go to the end of the street and make a right onto Centre Street. The health center is 1.5 blocks, on the left-hand side. The health center is located across the street from the post office at the corner of Green and Centre St. If you are driving east (from Boston), take Huntington Avenue. Go past the Massachusetts College of Art, past Brigham and Women's Hospital and go to the intersection of South Huntington Avenue. Make a left onto South Huntington Avenue. (Follow the trolley car tracks.) South Huntington ends; bear right onto Centre Street (continue following tracks). The health center is about a mile down the street on the left at the corner of Green and Centre.
If you are taking the bus, take the #39 from Forest Hills or from Copley.
If you are taking the MBTA, take the Orange Line to Green Street. Walk up Green Street 4 blocks to Centre Street. The health center is at the corner of Green and Centre St.
