Patient Gateway is the secure, electronic way to contact the office. With Patient Gateway you can communicate with your physician, and request prescription renewals, referral authorizations and appointments. You can also access your laboratory results, immunization record, medication list, as well as quality health and disease information. Patient Gateway is a secure website that works with any type of computer (MAC or PC). There is no software to download, and you can access your free account from multiple computers (home, work, library, etc). For managed care referrals please call 866-489-4053.
Please give us time to respond. When you call us back repeatedly we spend time answering your calls rather than processing your request.
If you are calling after regular hours and have a life threatening emergency, hang up and dial 911.
If you are calling after regular hours to speak to a provider about a serious, but non-emergent health concern, please stay on the line and the answering service will answer your call.
