The Department offers a variety of fellowship programs for individuals who have completed a residency in radiology. The one-year clinical fellowship programs specialize in cardiovascular and interventional radiology, women's imaging, thoracic radiology, emergency radiology, cross-sectional intervention, abdominal imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, or other fields. The neuroradiology fellowship is two years in duration.
Each fellowship provides clinical training in all types of related examinations and wide opportunities for research supervised by senior staff members engaged in ongoing investigations. The experience is closely coordinated with activities in related clinical and surgical specialties.
Brigham and Women's Radiology department is a participant in the fellowship match. Interviews begin approximately 18 months prior to fellowship start dates. Applications should be requested in the preceding months.
