Basic Rules and Principals for getting Treatment
Our Managed Care Coordinator staff can assist you through the insurance authorization and referral process. Your Managed Care Coordinator will work together with your Team in order to obtain all the proper and required information necessary to expedite your request for authorization. If you are not covered by Insurance you will be directed to our Financial Coordinator who will walk you through the fees and explain methods of making payment.

Throughout the course of your treatment at Brigham and Women's Hospital’s Center for Reproductive Medicine you may be treated by physicians from several different specialties. Services provided by your physicians are billed by different billing organizations depending on the physician’s specialty. You will also have services billed by the Brigham and Women's Hospital.
