Mouse SNP Genotyping Service

The Beier lab has developed optimized SNP panels for mouse mutation mapping and developmental analysis. The panels were designed to optimize polymorphism with C57BL/6J and common inbred strains, but they are suitable for many strain combinations. Genotyping services using these panels are now available from the Harvard Medical School - Partners HealthCare Center for Genetics and Genomics Genotyping Service.
