The Center for Arthritis and Joint Diseases provides diagnosis, treatment and multidisciplinary management of arthritis and related rheumatic disorders including systematric lupus erythematosus, vasculitis and mystosis. We treat regional musculoskeletal problems for distinct patient populations in our Spine Center, Women's Musculoskeletal Center and Center for Skin and Related Musculoskeletal Diseases.

The BWH Center for Lupus is a comprehensive center for the evaluation and treatment of people with known or suspected lupus, or the antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. We offer expert care that is integrated across various disciplines, including rheumatology, nephrology, neurology, cardiology, and dermatology.

Center for Pediatric Rheumatology

The Center for Pediatric Rheumatology provides diagnosis and treatment for patients with arthritis and other rheumatic conditions of childhood, including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and other connective tissue disorders. The complete multidisciplinary center includes liaison services with families and school systems of affected children.

Spine Center

The Spine Center specializes in the evaluation and management of low-back problems. Patients are evaluated by a rheumatologist and physical therapist, and managed with a multidisciplinary approach involving the Division of Rheumatology and the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, the Anesthesia Pain Management Service, and Rehabilitation Services.
