| Tom Gaziano, MD, is jointly appointed to the Division of Global Health Equity and the Department of Cardiology at BWH. He is certified as a Diplomat in Internal Medicine, and since 2000, he has been a council member of the American Heart Association, and a member of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Gaziano is currently a participant in the Cardiovascular Disease Working Group of the Disease Control Priorities in Developing Countries Project. He is also the co-author of two cardiovascular disease chapters in Disease Control Priorities in Developing Countries (Oxford University Press, 2nd Ed.). In 2003 he received the ACC/Bristol Myers Squibb Affiliate Travel Award for the 52nd annual scientific session of the American College of Cardiology. |
