Rebecca Weintraub, M.D., is an Associate Physician in the Division of Global Health Equity and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She is the Executive Director of the Global Health Delivery Initiative. Her previous work promoted access for HIV positive mothers and their children in Zimbabwe. Currently Rebecca serves as a technical advisor to the Ashoka Institute. Prior to medical school, Rebecca was the co-founder of Jumpstart now the largest part-time AmeriCorps program in the nation. She is a graduate of Yale University, Stanford Medical School and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
