Thank you for your interest in joining Team Brigham to participate in the 114th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 19, 2010. Applications are being accepted from all interested runners, including Boston Marathon qualifiers and others with their own official marathon entries.
Team Brigham raises funds to support community health programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Faulkner Hospital. It is important that each applicant carefully consider and understand their commitment to raise a minimum of $3,500 for those runners who receive a bib number through Team Brigham, and; $1000 for those runners who already have their own bib number for the 2010 Boston Marathon.
Here are the 2 simple steps you need to complete.
Step 1: Select your "cause"–click on the link with each option to learn more about the fundraising cause – indicate your participation preference in the TEAM INFORMATION section of the Team Brigham 2010 Marathon Runner Application found in Step 2.
a) Team Brigham runner raising funds for community health programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (http://www.brighamandwomens.org/communityprograms/services.aspx)
b) Team Brigham/Faulkner Hospital runner raising funds for community health programs at Faulkner Hospital, affiliated with BWH
c) Team Brigham Deloitte & Touche runner raising funds for community health programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital specifically earmarked for breast cancer - NOTE: Deloitte & Touche employees/family members/friends only; funds raised in memory of Deloitte & Touche colleague, Ellen Gabriel.

Step 2: Read, complete and submit the appropriate three-page Team Brigham 2010 Marathon Team Application form

Notification of your acceptance to Team Brigham 2010 will be emailed to you within 3 business days of receiving and reviewing your application. The application fee will be processed only if you are selected as a member of Team Brigham 2010.
Marathon training with Fitcorp begins in early December. More information will be posted soon on the Team Brigham website.
