Event Type: Seminar

To be effective in your career requires learning how to negotiate with senior managers, subordinates and peers. This seminar will help you explore approaches to potentially controversial conversations and your own style of negotiation. The program will be highly interactive and include case exercises to help participants evaluate the risks and benefits as they explore the various approaches presented. Linda Wilcox, Ombudsperson at Harvard Medical School, will lead the seminar. In her role as Ombudperson Ms. Wilcox assists Harvard faculty, staff and students who are experiencing conflict to organize their ideas, acquire relevant information, and create options for resolution.

Lunch will be served. 1.5 CME credits will be available.
