Participants:
a. Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an academic institution
b. Must be able to commit to a minimum of 9 months and 128 hours of volunteer service to Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH)
c. Must have the flexibility to work weekday daytime hours: i.e., 8:00 am - 11:00 am, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, and/or 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
