Brigham and Women's at Newton Corner

As of December 18, 2023, Brigham and Women’s Primary Care at Newton Corner has closed and the practice has been consolidated with nearby clinic locations. There will no longer be any medical services provided at this location.

The consolidation allows us to continue to practice and care for you and your loved ones at our nearby locations.

We hope you choose to stay with your current PCP at their new nearby location.

If the new location is not convenient for you, we want to make you aware of a few other options:

  1. If you want to stay at Brigham and Women’s but prefer another primary care location, please call our patient coordinators at 617-582-5240. They would be more than happy to help you find a location that is convenient for you.
  2. If you want to stay in the Newton area, please see this list of Newton-Wellesley Hospital primary care locations. They use the same medical record system as Brigham and Women’s, so they will have access to your records. If you choose a Newton-Wellesley Hospital location, please contact them and book your next appointment as soon as you can.
  3. If you move to another practice within Mass General Brigham (MGB), your new care team will have access to your medical records. All practices within MGB use the same medical record system.
  4. If you choose to leave the MGB system, please contact our Medical Records Department at 617-582-5254 to transfer your medical records. You can also contact the Massachusetts Medical Society at 1-800-843-6356 for help searching for a new PCP outside of the MGB network.

If you have managed care insurance (HMO) and choose another PCP, please call your insurance provider. You will need to designate your new doctor as your PCP before your next appointment. We wish we could do this for you, but patients are required to speak with their insurance company directly.

Thank you for trusting us with your care at Newton Corner. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Patient and Family Relations team at 617-732-6636 or ptrelations@partners.org.
