Building Your Path in Medical Education Leadership
Leadership in Medical Education is a four-part series designed for medical educators at all career stages who are seeking to strengthen their leadership capabilities and impact. Through interactive discussions and practical frameworks, participants will explore foundational leadership principles, build essential skills for effective teamwork and communication, apply strategic and systems thinking to advance educational programs, and clarify pathways for leadership growth and promotion. Together, these sessions offer a cohesive approach to developing the mindset, skillset, and strategies needed to lead and advance medical education.
