Since our opening over 100 years ago, the department has maintained a strong commitment to state-of-the-art patient care and to the advancement of neurosurgical research and education. Our team consists of 23 nationally-acclaimed surgeons, 15 residents from Harvard Medical School and over 100 department staff members.
