Please join us as we dive into Feldenkrias in a session hosted by Spaulding Physical Therapist Afarin Assadian, PT. Feldenkrais, developed by Moshe Feldenkrais in the mid 20th century, offers a gentle, comfortable way of shifting pain by exploring movement patterns and improving body awareness.
