The Center for Older Adult Health is geared to meet the needs of patients 65 and older who require consultative care. Patients have a choice of two locations, the Brigham and Women’s Hospital or the Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. The clinical team works with patients to optimize overall health and to achieve the goals important to that individual – from helping patients maintain good health to treating acute and chronic conditions.
