Brigham and Women's Pulmonary Rehab is located at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, 1153 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. If you enter on the first floor, walk through the lobby and past the elevators. Turn right down the first hallway. The Pulmonary Rehabilitation room is the first door on your left. If you enter the hospital on the third floor, walk past the information desk and take the elevators on the left to the first floor. Step to your left as you exit the elevator and walk down the hallway. Take the second hallway on your left. The Pulmonary Rehabilitation room is the first door on your left. Parking costs $3.00 (after validation) for all Pulmonary Rehab related visits.
