Our Pain Neurology Services

The BWH Division of Pain Neurology provides the following services:

Evaluation, diagnostic testing and management for painful conditions including headaches , facial pain, neck and low back pain, radiating pain into arm or legs (radiculopathy), neuropathy, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), spasticity and others.
Office based interventions including nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and Botox®.
X-ray-guided injections including epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, large joint injections, and others
Surgical implantation of spinal cord stimulators and peripheral nerve stimulators for selected patients.
