Our Pain Neurology Services

The BWH Division of Pain Neurology provides the following services:

  • Evaluation, diagnostic testing and management for painful conditions including headaches , facial pain, neck and low back pain, radiating pain into arm or legs (radiculopathy), neuropathy, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), spasticity and others.
  • Office based interventions including nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and Botox®.
  • X-ray-guided injections including epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, large joint injections, and others
  • Surgical implantation of spinal cord stimulators and peripheral nerve stimulators for selected patients.
