Avoid: Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Aleve, Naprosyn (products containing Aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)

Colds/Flu/Allergies/AsthmaOLDS/FLU/ALLERGIES/ASTHMA

Claritin/D, Sudafed, Actifed, Benadryl, Robitussin DM, Lozenges, Alavert/D, Allegra/D, Zyrtec, Ventolin, Flonase, TB Testing

Flu Shot

Safe anytime in pregnancy

Antibiotics

Penicillin, Ampicillin, Erythromycin, Zithromycin, and Macrobid are a few of the many safe antibiotics. They may be safely prescribed by primary care physicians.

Constipation/Hemorrhoids/Diarrhea

Colace, Metamucil, Fibercon, Preparation H, Anusol, Imodium

Heartburn/Nausea/Reflux/Indigestion

Tums Ultra, Dramamine, Zantac, Maalox, Gaviscon

Topical Medications

Monistat, any over the count 7-day antifungal cream.

Hydrocortisone, Benadryl Cream, Bengay, Tiger Balm, Therapatch.
