The Executive Health support staff will provide a single point of contact to assist you before, during, and after your visit. We work with you to obtain medical records, schedule appointments, coordinate exams or procedures, and assist with transportation and lodging. We are also dedicated to providing a comfortable environment during your stay. Each patient works closely with a personal patient coordinator. We also offer other amenities, including a private lounge and concierge services.
The Executive Health Program is an integral part of the International Patient Center (IPC). The IPC provides coordination services and multifaceted assistance to a vast number of international patients from almost every country in the world who come to Brigham and Women’s Hospital for specialized care in every field of medicine.
For patients who are visiting from outside the United States, our multilingual, multicultural staff offers language translation services and can assist with medical records, billing, transportation, appointment scheduling, and accommodation. We work collaboratively across all medical departments within the hospital to ensure timely, culturally-sensitive, and efficiently coordinated care.
