Intensive Lifestyle Therapy (ILT) Weight Management Program

The Intensive Lifestyle Therapy (ILT) program is a personalized, medically monitored weight loss program for anyone interested in losing weight safely and effectively.

Our program is currently a hybrid model, which allows for both in-person visits and telemedicine (Zoom and telephone consultation).

An experienced team of board-certified physicians within the Center for Weight Management and Wellness (CWMW) and our ILT registered dietitians lead the program. All our team members specialize in the treatment of individuals with overweight and obesity. Read Behavioral weight loss interventions: Do they work in primary care?

Our program works to help you develop healthy habits that last a lifetime! We offer a wide range of weight loss and weight maintenance approaches that can be personalized to meet your individual needs.
