Requirements for Acceptance
- Candidate must be a graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- A US citizen or visa

Please complete the following through PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized application):
- Curriculum Vitae
- 3 Letters of recommendation on the standardized reference form on PhORCAS
- Letter of Intent
- Desire to apply to the Residency Program at Brigham and Women's Hospital
- A brief statement of the applicant's short and long term goals as well as why they are applying to Brigham and women's Hospital
- Response to essay questions (please upload into the Supplemental Information section in PhORCAS)
- Current photograph (optional; please upload into the Supplemental Information section in PhORCAS)
