The Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Endoscopy's current research portfolio consists of 12 NIH research grants and contracts, 1 NIH institutional training grant, 2 individual training grants, 17 industry sponsored clinical trials and 4 foundation awards. In FY07, the division spent ~$5.6MM on research (total costs), and utilized over 10,000 square feet of net-assignable research space on the BWH campus.
