New Employee Orientation

New Employee Orientation (NEO) is facilitated by the Organizational Development and Learning team in collaboration with HR Staffing Partners and Talent Acquisition. Each new employee of Brigham and Women's Hospital will need to work with his/her Staffing Partner to enroll prior to attending orientation.

You will receive more detailed information regarding your specific Orientation date and requirements from your Staffing Partner. Please read the information carefully prior to attending to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
