Carol Nadelson, MD

Carol Nadelson, MD, senior advisor for the Center for Faculty Development and Diversity, has been awarded the Charles Force Hutchinson and Marjorie Smith Hutchinson Medal from the University of Rochester. The award recognizes and celebrates the outstanding achievements and notable service to the community, state and nation of the university’s distinguished alumni.

The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry is located in Rochester, N.Y., and was founded in 1921 by Nobel Laureate George Hoyt Whipple, MD. Over the last 15 years, roughly 24 new companies have been founded in partnership with the university’s medical center technologies.
