On Sept. 30, a group of Brigham staff were recognized during a Brigham Way luncheon hosted by Brigham President Robert S.D. Higgins, MD, MSHA. The event, held quarterly, honors the many ways in which staff go above and beyond to make the Brigham an extraordinary place to work.
In total, 29 individuals and six teams were nominated for The Brigham Way by their colleagues.
The Brigham Way recognizes employees who foster a culture of excellence, respect and professionalism by going above and beyond their duties to create an exceptional Brigham Experience for our patients and our colleagues.
