Pathology Slides for Brigham Dermatology Associates
- Contact Brigham Dermatology Associates, schedule appointment, notifying staff that you will be submitting path slides etc. for your visit.
- Contact physician’s office and request Pathology Report and Corresponding Slides.
- Have them sent to Brigham Dermatology Associates, attention Administrative Coordinator, 221 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA 02115
- If you do not receive a call within two weeks of your appointment please contact Brigham Dermatology Associates at 617-732-4918 to see if slides have been received.
Pathology Slides for Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery Center
- Contact Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery Center, schedule appointment, notifying staff that you will be submitting path slides etc. for your visit.
- Contact physician’s office and request Pathology Report and Corresponding Slides.
- Have them sent to Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery Center 1153 Centre Street, Suite 4J, Boston, MA 02130.
- If you do not receive a call within two weeks of your appointment please contact Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery Center at 617-983-4626 to see if slides have been received.
