For Endocrinology, Diabetes and Hypertension Patients and Families

For Physicians

To reach a physician at BWH, or to receive additional information about the hospital's services, call the toll-free Physician Referral Service number: 1-800-MD to BWH (1-800-638-6294). This number is staffed 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A representative can direct you to the physician with whom you wish to speak, as well as facilitate consultations and second opinions. Extended service coverage is anticipated; until that time, after hours, you may leave a voicemail message, and your call will be returned promptly.

For Patients

The main telephone number to the facility is (617) 732-5666. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that the time can be made available to other patients.
