Southern Jamaica Plain Community Health Center (SJPCHC) is a community health center licensed by Brigham and Women's Hospital. Every year, more than 10,000 patients in Jamaica Plain and surrounding communities make 45,000 visits to SJPCHC. Our bilingual staff provides these patients with comprehensive, high quality primary care. At the SJPCHC, we take pride in knowing our patients and providing health care in a friendly, personalized way.
