To Our Patients
(En Español Aqui)
Responding to COVID-19 has caused us to change many aspects of the way we care for you.
You can still call us at 617-983-4100 to reach our clinical team. We are providing advice and care — over the phone or through video visits— for both COVID-related issues and other health issues, including mental health (call 617-983-4219).
Working with other Brigham and Women’s Primary Care practices, we are limiting the number of in-person patient visits. All in-person visits require a determination by your provider that you need to be seen in person. So please call us first. We are not open to walk-ins, including to the lab, or any other in-person visits except those we have scheduled.
As part of Brigham and Women’s Hospital, we can provide access to COVID testing to those who meet criteria of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and BWH. If you meet those criteria, we can facilitate your testing. If not, we are not able to override those testing criteria.
Our care for you will be greatly facilitated if you access our online patient portal, Patient Gateway. If you are not already signed up, you can do so in Patient Gateway or by calling 800-745-9683.
We are not currently open on Saturdays, or weekdays after 5pm. As always, we have a provider on call 24/7 if you have an urgent issue that can't wait until the next day.
Our staff is doing all we can to keep you and each other safe and healthy, and to respond to your health needs during this crisis.
