For Hospital Neurology Medical Professionals

Our Neuro-hospitalist team is available for consultation at any time. If you would like to transfer care of a patient to the Neuro-hospitalist service at Brigham and Women's Hospital, please call our transfer center (MD Connect) at 1-877-MD-REFER (1-877-637-3337). Registration at Brigham and Women's Hospital (i.e., getting a medical record number and "blue card") can be done by calling the Admitting Department at 617-732-7450.

If a patient is accepted for transfer, please ensure that a discharge summary as well as copies of all diagnostic studies are sent with the patient. For imaging studies, please send a CD or DVD with the images.
