Our virtual care offerings vary based on your country of residence and are conducted in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Depending on regulations and your medical needs, available services may include:

  • Online second opinions: If you are unsure about your treatment plan, have symptoms that have not been explained, or have been diagnosed with a life-changing illness, an online second opinion can help. The program allows you to connect with our world-class doctors without leaving home. We’ll review your medical records, imaging and test results to send you personalized treatment recommendations. • Virtual visits: Patients and their families can have a medical appointment with their clinical care team via video from the comfort of their own home or another convenient location. This saves time and travel costs while providing the same quality care as an in-person visit. Learn more about Virtual Visits at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
  • Virtual follow-up care: For patients who have been treated at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and returned to their country of residence, virtual follow-up care may reduce the time you need to spend in Boston or your need to return to Boston for additional care.
