Physicians in our Medical Psychiatry Division provide sophisticated evaluation and treatment for patients with psychiatric symptoms resulting from medical illnesses, as well as patients with primary psychiatric illnesses that are complicated by medical disease. The Division also provides complex diagnostic evaluation services for patients with previously undiagnosed or misdiagnosed psychiatric conditions. Our Psychosocial Oncology team is comprised of psychiatrists and psychologists with expertise in addressing emotional difficulties and psychiatric illnesses facing cancer patients and survivors, as well as their loved ones.
