The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery uses a standard fee schedule to price cosmetic procedures. Individual cost estimates will differ slightly based on the location of procedure, your surgeon’s approach, and your unique needs.

1 If your surgeon believes you are a candidate, these procedures can be performed under local anesthesia in one of our treatment rooms. This may lower the total cost of the procedure.
Surgical Quote: Following your consultation, your surgeon’s office will provide you with a surgical quote, detailing the cost of your surgery and a proposed surgical date. Price quotes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please note that payment is required to confirm your surgical date.
Consult Fee: A $125 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling your consultation. This fee is refunded if you cancel the consultation 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Paying for Surgery: Our billing coordinator will call you to collect payment and discuss payment options. We accept credit cards over the phone, checks via mail, or in limited circumstances, we can receive hand-delivered cash to our office. We cannot accept care credit. Payment is due in full at least six weeks prior to the scheduled surgery date. Delay in payment may result in the need to postpone surgery.
Cancelling Surgery after Payment: If you notify us of desire to cancel your surgery for any reason at least three weeks in advance of the surgical date, you will receive a 100% refund on all fees collected. Cancellation within three weeks of the surgical date may incur a 25% fee.
Image Gallery: Every patient is unique. For that reason, we do not display before and after photos online. Your doctor will have an extensive image library and will be able to share photos with you during your consult that most closely approximate your likely result.
