Brigham Mentors Program

The Department of Nursing launched a mentorship program in 2022 to support clinical nurses, advanced practice nurses and nurse leaders in establishing mutually beneficial mentor–mentee relationships and foster professional development.

The program includes a digital platform that enables nurses to submit profile information that is used in creating mentor–mentee matches.

Through the program, mentors (Brigham nurses with at least one year of experience in their current role) share advice, feedback, career successes and lessons learned with mentees. The program also helps both mentors and mentees build connections and a sense of community while supporting one another.

Read more about the program in this Heart & Science article.

Brigham staff can access additional information about the program, including cohorts and registration dates, via our intranet, BWH - Vitals.
