Mobility Training

The course is geared for all healthcare workers in utilizing safe patient handling and movement techniques. Objectives of the course are:

Benefits of early mobilization
Mobilization assessment
Documentation of patient mobilization assessment and identified devices
The practice of safe mobilization
Use of mobilization equipment
- Ceiling lift
- Hover Jack
- Total lift device
- Sit to Stand device
- Thoracic walker
