The Department of Neurosurgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital offers four neurosurgical fellowships designed to provide intensive training in image-guided neurosurgery, pituitary disease, skull base disorders and spinal neurosurgery. Each fellowship is led by one of our highly skilled clinical faculty members, who engage fellows in the neurosurgical care of their patients as well as original clinical and laboratory research. Fellows will leave the training prepared for leadership in the field of neurosurgery.
