Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup nonfat or 1 percent low fat milk
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
  • 2 tsp honey

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
