Ingredients
3 ½ cups low fat chicken broth (or turkey drippings or broth)
3 Tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp thyme
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp white pepper
Directions
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium
heat until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly.
- Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, over low heat.
Yield: 12 servings
