1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. 2. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, ¼ teaspoon each dried basil leaves and dried thyme leaves and a dash of salt. Set to the side. 3. Spread pita bread halves evenly with topping. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into wedges or strips.
