Tasty Pita Chips

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp dried thyme
Dash of salt & pepper
1 whole wheat 8" pita bread split in half

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, ¼ teaspoon each
dried basil leaves and dried thyme leaves and a dash of salt. Set to the side.
3. Spread pita bread halves evenly with topping. Bake 8 minutes or until
lightly browned. Cut into wedges or strips.

Yield: 2 servings
Serving Size: ½ pita
