Working as one, we offer advanced cancer treatments, including robotic-assisted surgeries for gastrointestinal cancers, a minimally invasive approach that allows surgical precision, smaller incisions, fewer risks and a quicker recovery. Specialists comprising the DFBCC team include general and gastrointestinal surgeons, gastroenterologists, surgical oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurses and other health care professionals who focus exclusively on gastrointestinal cancers.
The Center for Esophageal and Gastric Cancer brings together a multidisciplinary team of clinicians dedicated to improving the care of patients with esophageal and gastric cancers. The Pancreas and Biliary Tumor Center offers highly effective, personalized treatment options for patients with pancreatic and biliary disease. Our Thyroid Center provides advanced and innovative treatment for patients with cancer of the thyroid and parathyroid. In affiliation with the Center for Adrenal Disorders, we offer specialized surgery for adrenal tumors.
Our cancer surgery team consists of board-certified surgeons and a supportive clinical and administrative staff who work as one cohesive group to provide personalized care for each patient.
