An E-Visit is a way to care for certain symptoms without having to make an appointment or going into your provider’s office. To start an E-Visit, you will be asked some questions about your symptoms through an online questionnaire on Patient Gateway. The questionnaire is sent to your provider’s office and added to your medical record. Your provider will reply through Patient Gateway or call you back within one day.
Schedule an e-Visit through Your Patient Gateway Account
You may check if your provider offers E-Visits by logging into your Patient Gateway account. If you select E-Visit from the appointment menu, a dropdown menu that includes a list of your providers who use E-Visits will appear. When submitting an E-Visit, be sure to select the correct provider you would like to send the E-Visit questionnaire to.
