Brookside Community Health Center

Response to COVID-19

To Our Patients:

Responding to COVID-19 has caused us to change many things about the way we care for you.

You can still call us at 617-522-4700 to reach our clinical team. We are providing advice and care (over the phone or through video visits) for both COVID-related issues, and other health issues, including mental health.

Working with other Brigham and Women’s Primary Care practices, we are seeing patients in person who must be seen. For patient and staff safety, these visits have been set up in different ways. For example, all necessary pediatric visits are occurring at our sister health center, Brookside Community Health Center in Jamaica Plain, which is staffed by our pediatricians as well as theirs. In person adult visits are happening at SJPHC for those who do not have respiratory symptoms.

All in-person visits require a determination by your provider that you need to be seen in person. So please call us first. We are not open to walk-ins, including to the lab, or any other in-person visits except those we have scheduled.

As part of Brigham and Women’s Hospital, we can provide access to COVID testing to those who meet criteria of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and BWH. If you meet those criteria, we can facilitate your testing. If not, we are not able to override those testing criteria.

Our care for you will be greatly facilitated if you access our online patient portal, Patient Gateway. Please sign up. Visit Patient Gateway or call 800-745-9683.

Our staff is doing all we can to keep you and each other safe and healthy, and to respond to your health needs during this crisis.

A nuestros pacientes:
